I work where marketing, eCommerce and digital transformation meet, focusing on digital platforms, web analytics and process improvement in agile teams.

Since 2023 I have worked as a Digital Operations Analyst, first at Telefónica and now at Tigo Uruguay, where marketing, eCommerce and digital transformation meet. Along the way I have driven key initiatives in agile environments and built experience in digital platforms, web analytics and process optimization.

My earlier work in web merchandising and eCommerce coordination gave me a complete view of the digital ecosystem and of the impact a good experience can have at every customer touchpoint.

In 2026 I added cultural management: I am taking the Diploma in Cultural Management at Fundación Itaú, where my team and I are developing HAVEN, a contemporary art gallery focused on emerging artists, women and LGBTQ+ artists.

I am driven by connecting people with simple, effective solutions, and by growing alongside teams that value innovation, continuous improvement and collaboration.
